This afternoon a Dutch decision was rendered in preliminary relief proceedings between IP protection foundation BREIN and The Pirate Bay. BREIN asked the Dutch judge to block the torrentsite for Dutch internet users because The Pirate Bay supposingly facilitates copyright infringement.
